A Place For EVERY Woman

My sisters in the Lord, regardless of where you are on your walk with the Father … There is a place for EVERY woman at the foot of the Cross.

Banished but Still Invited …

gods invitation

“So the LORD God banished him from the Garden of Eden to work the ground from which he had been taken.”

Genesis 3:23 NIV

Do you think Eve knew what she was choosing to walk away from when she chose to walk through the door of sin?

Really think about it …

She was in the Father’s presence.  She walked with Him and, more importantly, He walked with her.  She had all she needed yet still … the grass looked greener on the other side.

I find myself judging Eve, thinking surely I would not choose to sin when the outcome is being banished from the Father’s presence … yet … each and every day I choose something greener.  I willingly choose to walk out of the presence of my Father and into the presence of Satan himself.

We are no longer allowed in the of the Garden of Eden … into that perfect world and into the literal presence of the Lord God Almighty … but one day those gates will be open … one day sin will no longer have a hold on us … and when that day comes the only ones who will enter will be those who have accepted the “ONCE AND FOR ALL” sacrifice of Jesus Christ, the Son of God.

We are not allowed in the literal presence of God until that day, but each and every day while we are here on this earth we have been invited into a relationship with Him.  It’s not through anything that I can do that makes me worthy of such an invitation.  I am invited to daily walk with the Father only because when He looks at me … He doesn’t see the sinner … He doesn’t see the unworthy … He doesn’t see the mess I’ve become … No.  When He looks at me He sees Jesus, His perfect, righteous and blameless Son … and my sweet, gracious Savior ushers me right into the presence of my Father … His Father … as one of their own … righteous … blameless … forgiven … just as I am regardless of what my past holds and what lies ahead for me in my future … I am safe and secure in His hands.

Are you safe?  Are you secure?  Are you welcome in His sight?

He has extended this incredible, life changing invitation to each and every one.  Today is the day …you must RSVP …

“For He says, “AT THE ACCEPTABLE TIME I LISTENED TO YOU, AND ON THE DAY OF SALVATION I HELPED YOU.” Behold, now is “THE ACCEPTABLE TIME,” behold, now is “THE DAY OF SALVATION” 2 Corinthians 6:2 NASB

  1. How wonderful that you would write this last August but I would find your beautiful words until today. This is the theme of my life right now — The Invitation. I love that God does not mind repeating Himself to this thick headed woman. Thanks for sharing!
